This spring, our team will take on mountain hills and ocean drives as we tackle 200 miles of Ragnar Road in support of first responders. Every step from San Diego to Huntington Beach helps fund resources that make an impact: co‑pays for behavioral health treatment, trauma intensives, stellate ganglion block treatment for PTSD, resilience workshops, retreats, and more. Whether you’re joining us on the roads or supporting behind the scenes, you can make a difference.

Run for Responders – Ragnar Trail SoCal 2025

In October 2025, our team checked off their 4th Ragnar Run! Over mountain hills and desert terrain, our team ran as the sun set against the desert and into the morning. They camped overnight and accomplished this 112-mile trek with smiles, snacks, and lots of laughs, raising awareness for mental health resources for first responders and their families.

Run for Responders – Ragnar SoCal 2025

From April 11 – 12, 2025, our team of runners completed their 3rd Ragnar Run! Our team of 12 relayed about 200 miles from San Diego to Huntington Beach in just 2 days. They were dedicated, driven, and joyful as they raised awareness for mental health resources for first responders and their families.

Run for Responders – Ragnar Tahoe 2024

Run for Responders made it to the finish line again! Our team of 8 runners completed Ragnar Trail Tahoe August 16-17, 2024. From base camp at the Sugar Bowl Ski Resort, each runner tested their limits on three amazing trails. The First Responder Health Foundation is the proud sponsor of the Run for Responders Team and thank you each of the runners for their individual fund raising. Together, we are living (and running) for our shared purpose – Raise awareness for mental health resources for first responders and their families.

Our team, Run for Responders, made it to the finish line for Ragnar Road So Cal!! Our team of 12 relayed over 200 miles from San Diego to Huntington Beach in 2 days. Thank you to our runners and team of supporters with First Responder Wellness, Shift Wellness and The Counseling Team.

As a token of our gratitude, donations at the following levels will receive:

Provide more than one dozen stellate ganglion block shots for PTSD
Provide over 50 hours of culturally competent counseling
